SWEDISH MASSAGE
​
A full-body Swedish massage will usually start by massaging your back and neck, then the legs, arms, hands and sometimes the feet. This massage sometimes includes a relaxing head massage (also known as a scalp massage, Indian head massage or Champissage).
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
​
Deep Tissue Massage uses slow strokes and deep finger pressure applied to contracted muscles, tendons and fascia (the protective layer of connective tissue that surrounds the muscles, joints, and bones), in an effort to release patterns of chronic tension built up in the body.
HOT STONES THERAPY
​
A hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy. It’s used to help you relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body.
During a hot stone massage, smooth, flat, heated stones are placed on specific parts of your body. The stones are usually made of basalt, a type of volcanic rock that retains heat.
